"Springtime" in my neighborhood

Yesterday morning I woke up and it was SNOWING!!!

I’m so ready for spring and I don’t think we’re even going to get it.  It will be summer before we get to enjoy the pleasant warmth – not heat – of spring.

So incase you though “April Showers bring May Flowers” – in my neck of the woods “April Snow Showers kill May Flowers”.

PS – I really had hoped to do a quick vlog about the origin of my blog name, but time was not on my side.

Another PS – Thursday will be 68 while Tuesday was in the 30’s.  Crazy weather.

  I love Utah and how beautiful it is, but I’m sure hating that it is snowing again right now.

  Despite the crazy weather, you captured the beauty of Utah in your last picture. That’s the exact reason we stay–those mountains, gorgeous; and oh so fun to play in during the summer months.

  I’m STILL upset about the weather! All 3 soccer games my 3yo has had have all been in 30 degree, ice-chilling weather! If the sun doesn’t come to ME, I’m going to have to go find it myself! 🙂 Beautiful photos (as usual)!

  Wow, I got cold just looking at these pictures!! Here in North Florida today we are watching clouds, black skies, and lightning bolts as we dodge tornado warnings. But we’ll be sweating bullets any day now — spring lasts about five hours here before the heat and humidity descend!

  Definitely encourage you to do the vlog. It can’t present more challenges than mine did!!!

  We had snow at my house up until the middle of May. I hope you don’t get it at your house for that long.
