Meet Amy

I have struggled with the answer when asked, "What do you do?" and it isn't work-related. Ultimately, we settled on that I find things and untangle things. But I also read (a lot), pretend to wake surf, and watch Hallmark films.

The Weekend Away
it was amazing
So so good! Orla and Kate are long-time best friends off on a girls' weekend away. Kate is a bit of a player who is trying to get back at her soon-to-be-ex, causing her to spend frivolously and do drugs and hook-ups. Orla is a new mom ex...

The end of dance season…

Rather than loading all of these pictures full size, I thought I’d give a gallery a try.  These were my favorite images from the girls’ final dance performance.  I have other pictures of them, that I love, but decided this time around, I’d pick some of the girls in the more advance companies that performed.

Their lines amaze me and make me long to be dancing again.  They make me feel the movement in my body that has been dormant for 7 years.  To watch them brings me to my happy place.  My time being on the stage.  Back when I was strong and flexible and agile.  I miss those days.

Luckily, I have two beautiful girls who love being on the stage maybe more than I did.  Two girls who have the potential to be anything in the world that they want to be.  Both very different, but both very capable.

Click on each of the images to see them larger.
